Prague Fashion Week AW16 BACKSTAGE - MY IMPRESSIONS #1

MBPFW je:
☙ keď fotíte od piatej do desiatej a potom do tretej hodiny rannej triedite a upravujete fotky
☙ keď sa priestory backstage každou sezónou scvrkávajú a lokácie prehliadok sú čoraz nedostupnejšie
☙ keď sa po polroku znovu stretnete so super ľudmi, ktorí sú mladí a ambiciózni, majú vlastné projekty, sú kreatívni, populárni a vy ste hrdí na to, že vás stále poznávajú
☙ keď spoznávate nových mladých, talentovaných a ambicióznych ľudí s veľkými projektami a máte radosť z toho, že domáca scéna žije
☙ keď idete na spontánnu party medzi prehliadkami ku kamošovi na kolej, kde pijete čaj s rumom ako za starých internátnych čias
☙ keď sa o plochu 10 m2 backstageu delíte s ďalšími 3 fotografmi, 5 modelkami, 10 vizážistami, 2 kameramanmi, 5 obliekačmi, 2 designérmi a 5 ľudmi štábu, ktorí sa snažia všetko toto zorganizovať
☙ keď niet pomaly jedinej populárnej blogerky, ktorá by nebola pozvaná do backstage alebo na prehliadky
☙ keď pred industriálnymi budovami Strahova drkocú zubami od zimy ľudia v extravagantnom oblečení
☙ keď vás amosféra backstage pohltí tak, že stresujete, či sa návrhárom podarí došiť posledné kúsky, alebo že tancujete so zvyškom tímu na pesničku She's a maniac doprevádzajúcu poslednú úspešnú prehliadku dňa
☙ keď máte tú backstage aj tak najradšej, a neviete sa na všetko toto dočkať zase na ďalšiu sezónu
MBPFW is:
☙ when you're shooting from 5pm to 10pm in the evening and then organizing and editing pics until 3 am
☙ when the backstage room is shrinking and fashion shows' locations are less and less accessable each season
☙ when you're meeting supercool, young, creative people with their own fashion startups again after half a year and you're happy they still recognize you
☙ when you're meeting new supercool, young, creative people with their own fashion startups and you're happy, that the local scene is still alive
☙ when you end up at a spontaneous collage party between fashion shows where you're drinking tea with rum, just like the old times
☙ when you share a 10 m2 backstage room with 3 more photographers, 5 models, 10 make-up artists, 2 cameramen, 5 dressers, 2 designers and 5 staff guys, who are trying to coordinate all the show
☙ when there's not a single blogger who hasn't been invited to backstage of the fashion shows
☙ when people in extravagant designers clothers are having goosebumps right in front of the industrial buildings of Strahov
☙ when the atmosphere in the backstage overhelmes you so much that you're stressed together with the designers finishing the last pieces of models, and you start dancing to the silly "She's a maniac" song following the last successful fashion show of the day with all the fashion crew
☙ when you still love backstage the most, no matter how stressful, panic and crazy it is, and you just can't wait for the next season
